Since joining the Smart Destinations Network in 2019, Calvià has become a reference point for smart, connected tourism. The town hall and local partners have collaborated to apply nearly 100 standards and more than 250 performance indicators to improve how the destination is managed. These efforts have earned Calvià recognition at the Nit del Turisme awards by the Balearic Islands Government — proof of its leadership in sustainable tourism innovation.
