La Mostra Calvià is a seasonal food festival designed to highlight the rich diversity of Calvià’s dining scene. Around fifty local restaurants join the event, each presenting a unique special menu priced up to €30. For visitors and residents, this is a perfect opportunity to discover fresh culinary concepts, enjoy local flavors, and sample special dishes outside of the usual summer tourist crowds. Restaurants participate for two weekends each, spreading the celebration across several neighborhoods. The festival encourages extended tourism into autumn and gives restaurants greater visibility as the peak season ends.
